  • (Abilities Network) Healthy Families - Healthy Families works with new and soon-  to-be parents to develop supportive enriching parenting practices that help children and families grow to realize their fullest potential.

  • (Abilities Network) Project All Children Together (Project ACT) - Project ACT’s goal is to make it possible for families childcare professionals, and other educational service agencies to collaborate successfully including children of all abilities in community settings. Project ACT offers training on a variety of topics, technical assistance and child consulting services.

  • Aliza Brandwine Center (ABC) - ABC is a school-based family involvement program for parents/caregivers and their children from birth to age four. ABC provides children with essential stimulation and socialization, as well as parents or caregivers with information and support, to prepare their children to enter school ready to learn.

  • Academic Center for Excellence (ACE)  - Through a 21st Century Grant, ACE provides tutorial services in reading and math for children kindergarten through high school, STEM activities for middle and high school students, family fitness activities, and job readiness and placement programs

  • Baltimore County Public Schools Office of Early Childhood Programs (ECE) - The office of ECE provides leadership and support in the development of early childhood programs and curricula. This office also provides managerial oversight for the Judy Center and its BCPS educational partners.

  • Baltimore County Public Schools Health Services - Children and families have access to health screenings and services that ensure physical health and emotional well-being.

  • Baltimore County Public Library (BCPL) -   BCPL provides weekly story times for infants and toddlers at the local branches. Storyville at the Woodlawn branch is an interactive learning library for children ages birth to five that is available for field trips for the Judy Center early learning programs and all families.  Pikesville 1301 Reisterstown Road, 410-997-1234, Woodlawn 1811 Woodlawn Drive, 410-887-1336

  • Baltimore County Infants and Toddlers Program - Infants and Toddlers Program serves developmentally delayed children from birth through transition. Direct services are provided to eligible children and families at various local sites including the Judy Center.

  • Campfield Early Learning Center (CLEC) - CELC provides pre-school, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classes for children who will be attending elementary school at Bedford, Milbrook, Randallstown, Scotts Branch or Wellwood International.

  • Charlie’s Little Angels (CLA) - CLA offers full day, 12 month childcare for children birth to age four, and before and after care for children ages four through twelve.

  • Child Care Links - Child Care Links provides family childcare professionals with assistance in the accreditation and credentialing process. Childcare professionals are also referred to Child Care Links for workshops specific to their needs.

  • Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) - CCBC provides adult English classes and parenting for families enrolled in the onsite ESOL family literacy program. They also provide GED and ESOL classes at several locations.

  • First Connection - First Connection leads childcare professionals in pre-service training continuing education, and childcare business leadership. It also provides custom mentoring, consultation services, and workshops on strategies that target learning domains.

  • Milford Mill Child Development Center (MMCDC) - MMCDC offers a full day, 10 month program that allows children ages through five to experience superior learning opportunities in group settings. A summer program is also offered. 410-486-5548  

  • Play Keepers, Inc. - Play Keepers Inc. operates a before, during, and after school care at the CELC for children attending CELC and/or Head Start. 410-484-6220  

  • The Family Tree, Inc. - The Family Tree Inc. offers family strengthening programs through its parenting workshops, support groups, and a variety of support programs. 410-889-2300

  • Y Baltimore County Head Start at Campfield - Head Start offers a 10-month educational program and services to low-income eligible children and their families. A summer program is also offered. Parents are encouraged to participate in a variety of programs. 6838 Alter Street, 410-602-8190
